Our Executive Chef selects premium ingredients and skillfully blends them. Two uniquely flavored sauces are created: Homemade XO Sauce and Homemade Sichuan Spicy Chili Sauce. Selected Japanese dried scallops, premium dried shrimp, dried prawns from Tai O, Jinhua ham from Zhejiang, fresh finger chili peppers and Sichuan dried chili peppers are used to create a rich and aromatic sauce.
