• The order should be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup time
• Please present the e-Coupon or Printed redemption letter for pick up
• A chocolate tag with greeting message request on Cake (0.5 lb) order will be available at a supplement of HKD$20. The payment will be collected upon pick-up
• The cake order is applicable for Takeaway only (10% service charge will be charged at restaurant for dine-in consumption)
• Cancellation or change is not accepted once the order is confirmed
• The redemption letter will not be replaced if lost or stolen
• No refund will be honored and the order will be forfeited for no show 2 hours after the pickup time
