Infused with the natural sweetness of honey, the citrus brightness of orange, the soothing essence of aloe vera, and the vibrant tang of pomegranate, each creation is a delicate harmony of flavour and elegance.

Highlights from the chef’s recommendations include the refreshing Pomegranate Aloe Vera Agar, the floral Honey Lavender Mousse, the ethereal Honey Aloe Vera Water Shingen Cake, and the zesty-sweet Orange and White Chocolate Cake. Savory delights such as the Roasted Eel Skewer glazed with Teriyaki and Honey, and the Goose Liver Mousse with Pink Guava Jelly on Toast offer a rich counterpoint to the sweetness.
