The Patio offers an open-air dining experience
beneath a canopy of stars, creating the perfect setting for a memorable
evening. The 4-course set menu begins with fresh U.S. Pacific oysters, followed
by a refreshing garden salad with smoked salmon and a comforting soup of the
day. The culinary journey continues with your choice of main course: pan-fried
beef sirloin, pan-fried lamb chop, or pan-fried halibut fillet. Two glasses of
selected Penfolds wine accompany the menu, providing an elegant pairing to enhance
every flavour. This exclusive dining experience is available at HK$380 per
person, in a serene outdoor atmosphere under the
night sky.
