Among the various Cantonese cuisines, Hong Kong people have a particular fondness for Chaozhou cuisine, which skillfully transforms simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes, highlighting exceptional culinary expertise. Promenade Restaurant is kicking off the new year with the launch of "Chaozhou Gourmet Gala” Dinner Buffet, offering food lovers the chance to experience the rich and diverse flavours of Chaozhou cuisine. Guests can savour a variety of authentic dishes that showcase the culinary traditions of this famous region in Guangdong Province. Highlights include traditional marinated delicacies such as Marinated Goose, Marinated Cuttlefish and Marinated Duck Liver, all prepared to perfection. The venue is also decorated to recreate the nostalgic atmosphere of a traditional Chaozhou street food market, featuring Hong Kong-style dishes like Pig Blood with Chinese Chives, Boiled Pig Stomach with Preserved Salted Cabbage, and Babylonia Spirata with Chili Spicy Sauce. For desserts, the chef has meticulously crafted crispy Chiu Chou (Sa Qi Ma) Tower with Candied Floss and silky Milk Chocolate Tieguanyin Mousses Cake.

As a special treat, all guests enjoying our dinner buffet will receive a complimentary serving of Abalone with Fish Maw in Premium Oyster Sauce.

This Valentine's Day, immerse yourself in a romantic culinary experience at our “Hearts Alight with Delight” Dinner Buffet. Designed to enchant and delight, our buffet offers a selection of exquisite dishes crafted to celebrate love and togetherness.
