Promenade Restaurant is introducing “Autumn Splendor Prestigious Feast” Dinner Buffet from September to October, featuring exquisite ingredients, The head chef introduces the meticulously prepared "Supreme Dried Seafood Treasure Pot", a delicate seafood delicacy comprising abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber , lobster claw and mushroom, all simmered in a rich and flavourful soup. Another delectable highlight “Beggar’s Chicken with Fish Maw and Abalone" creating a luxurious texture and taste. The "Deep-fried Scallop and Razor Fish with Hot and Spicy" is a slightly spicy kick in a spicy Typhoon Shelter style. Lastly, the "Baked Oyster with Crabs Roe in Sea Urchin Sauce" features a creamy and flavourful texture.
