The journey begins with delicate appetisers and seasonal specialties, leading to a Teppanyaki main course that features Africa abalone, prized for its tender texture and subtle oceanic sweetness, alongside U.S. beef steak, gently seasoned with mustard rock salt to enhance its natural richness. The experience concludes with a festive dessert — a traditional Christmas pudding served warm with brandy sauce, paired with sesame ice cream for a touch of Japanese flair.
