Step into an evening of culinary indulgence and refined elegance at the Senzuru Sake Dinner on June 19, 2025.

We are honoured to welcome Mr. Wataru Hosokawa – esteemed ambassador from Amabuki, as our distinguished guest speaker for the night. The event will commence with a welcome drink - Hinoshita Musou Junmai Sparkling Nama at 7:00pm, followed by an 8-course pairing dinner starting at 7:30pm, meticulously paired with 5 types of Amabuki sake. Amabuki Brewery uses sake rice from the resource-rich Saga Plain and underground water from the Sefuri Mountain Range, sincerely pursuing the perfect realm of sake. Unlike other breweries, Amabuki Brewery uses 'flower yeast' to brew its sake.
