(1) Please make purchase order 72 hours in advance. (2) Redemption Period: Chinese New Year Pudding redemption available 3 days after purchase, from 21 to 28 January 2025. (3) Redemption Location: Loong Yat Heen, 2/F, The Kowloon Hotel, 19-21 Nathan Road, TsimShaTsui, Kowloon. (4) Service Hour: 12nn to 9pm daily. (5) Customers are required to print out and present the acknowledgement email for product redemption. (6) Redemption is available only for the day and period purchased. Late redemption will not be honored. (7) All orders are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. (8) Food photos are for reference only. (9) No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation. (10) No artificial preservatives. Please keep refrigerated at 4 Degree Celsius or below. (11) The Kowloon Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
