Redemption
(1) Our staff will contact you for confirmation after receiving the order within 24 hours. (2) Redemption location: Coffee Corner, The Kowloon Hotel Lobby, 19-21 Nathan Road, TsimShaTsui, Kowloon. (3) Customers are required to print out and present the acknowledgement email for product redemption. Redemption available 48 hours after order date, and valid for pick up during selected date and time as chosen only. (4) No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation. (5) The Kowloon Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
