• The order should be placed at least 72 hours in advance of the pickup time
• Please present the e-Coupon or Printed redemption letter for pick up
• Free chocolate tag with name or greeting message is available. Please specify the name and the greeting message in the "Greeting message on chocolate plaque" area (if applicable). Customized greetings on the chocolate plate is limited to a maximum of 16 Chinese words, a maximum of 20 mixed Chinese words; English characters, or a maximum of 30 English characters; space is inclusive.
• The cake order is applicable for Takeaway only (10% service charge will be charged at restaurant for dine-in consumption)
• Cancellation or change is not accepted once the order is confirmed
• The redemption letter will not be replaced if lost or stolen
• No refund will be honored and the order will be forfeited for no show 2 hours after the pickup time
