This Valentine's Day, immerse yourself in a romantic culinary experience at our “Hearts Alight with Delight” Dinner Buffet. Designed to enchant and delight, our buffet offers a selection of exquisite dishes crafted to celebrate love and togetherness.

Delight in the delicate and rich flavours of our Two-way Smoked Salmon, warm your soul with our Matsutake Golden Chicken Cream Soup with Pastry Heart, and enjoy the succulent and tender Pan-fried Lamb Chop with Honey Mustard Sauces. Each couple will be treated to a complimentary Ruby Chocolate Mousse White Raspberry Braised Peach Cake, a decadent dessert that combines the tartness of raspberries with the sweetness of ruby chocolate and braised peaches. During peak hours, the seating will be extended to Coffee Corner adjacent to Promenade restaurant, this arrangement is subject to the reservations of the day
