Beef Festival Dinner Set Menu” for just HK$1,380 per person. The main courses
include fragrant teppanyaki live Matsuba crab, foie gras with green apple &
black vinegar sauce and Nagasaki A5 wagyu beef steak with mustard rock salt. The
dinner also features appetizers, sashimi, shrimp sea urchin rice paper roll
tempura with rock salt, assorted mushroom with Hiroshima oyster soup, fried
rice with scallop & crab roe and Christmas desserts, ensuring you leave
fully satisfied and enjoy a delightful Christmas holiday.
