Set out on an exquisite multi-course gastronomic journey at Senzuru, showcasing the finest harmony of land and sea through masterfully executed Japanese culinary techniques. The evening begins with a refreshing Matsuba crab meat and potato salad, followed by thinly sliced Shimaaji sashimi served with a vibrant, zesty yuzu vinegar sauce. For the tempura course, crispy Hiroshima oyster cutlets are paired with a colorful tartar sauce. Guests can then savour the grilled course featuring succulent Boston lobster grilled to perfection and generously blanketed in a rich sea urchin sauce. The teppanyaki section highlights tender Australian abalone alongside thick-cut A3 Wagyu beef steak complemented simply by sharp mustard and rock salt. This is followed by a warm, deeply comforting seared toro belly consommé and fragrant teppanyaki fried rice elevated with savoury sakura shrimp and crab miso. The experience concludes with a delightful dessert pairing of decadent Black Forest cake and chewy, matcha-dusted warabi mochi.
