- Gift vouchers are valid for food and beverage services at the following restaurants of The Kowloon Hotel: The Window Café, Loong Yat Heen, The Middle Row Bar, Coffee Corner.
- Photocopies of Gift Vouchers will not be accepted. Each Gift Voucher can be used once only.
- Gift Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any form.
- Any additional cost of beverages and food orders exceeds the Gift Voucher’s cash value will be at customer’s own expense and shall be paid for in cash or credit card directly to the restaurant at time of dining.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
