(1) Please make purchase order and reservation 48 hours in advance. (2) Redemption location: 2/F, The Kowloon Hotel, 19-21 Nathan Road, TsimShaTsui, Kowloon - Loong Yat Heen or The Window Café / The Middle Row Bar during peak hours. (3) For assistance or enquiries, please call Loong Yat Heen at 2734 3722 (11:00am-9:00pm daily).

(1) Customers are required to print out and present the acknowledgement email for redemption. (2) Redemption is available only for the day purchased. Late redemption will not be honored. (3) Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, each redemption letter can be used once only. (4) Cannot be redeemed for cash or other services. (5) All orders subject to payment confirmation and availability. (6) No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation. (7) Food photos are for reference only.
