(1) Customers are required to print out and present the acknowledgement email for redemption. (2) Redemption is available only for the day purchased. Late redemption will not be honored. (3) Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, each redemption letter can be used once only. (4) Cannot be redeemed for cash or other services. (5) All orders subject to payment confirmation and availability. (6) Child price is applicable to customers aged 4-11 only; senior price is applicable to customers aged 60 or above only; Each adult may accompany one child under the age of 4 for dining for free. (7) No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation. (8) Food photos are for reference only. (9) The Kowloon Hotel reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
