Weather Policy: Opening and
operation are strictly subject to weather conditions. The management reserves
the right to suspend or cancel use without prior notice when conditions are
deemed unsafe.
Age Restriction: Strictly for
children aged 5 and under. Parents or guardians are requested to supervise
their children at all times.
Sock Requirement: All children must
wear socks while inside the bouncy castle. Bare feet and shoes are strictly
prohibited for hygiene and safety reasons.
Liability Waiver: Harbour
Plaza Metropolis assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or lost
items incurred while using the facility. Use is entirely at guest’s own risk.
