featuring delicacies such as Kyoto-style chilled bean curd, honey-glazed
Fukuoka tomato, stewed abalone with seaweed paste, and monkfish liver toast. Fresh
seafood selections, including premium Amami Oshima tuna, showcase the purity of
the ocean, while the signature Steamed Bean Curd with Alaskan King Crab Leg delivers a
