  • Swimming pool will be closed when the Thunderstorm, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals are hoisted. If swimming pool is closed for the above situation, usage date of swimming pool can be re-arranged. No refund or compensation will be offered by hotel
  • Visiting guest must be registered when making booking. Guest name cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
  • This offer is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for any other product or service
