“Christmas Masquerade Gala” Buffet invites guests to step into an enchanting

dining experience sets the stage for memorable celebrations with family and

A sumptuous array of seasonal delicacies takes centre stage,
featuring festive favourites such as Roasted Turkey with Stuffing &
Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Bone Ham with Pineapple Gravy Sauce, Flambéed Seafood,
Deep-fried Snow Crab Stick, and Beef Wellington, alongside an extensive
selection of international cuisines and festive treats.
To complete the celebration, Pastry Chef presents an
exquisite collection of Christmas desserts, including Red Velvet Cake, Opera
Cake, and the traditional Yule Log Cake. Decorated with elegant
masquerade-inspired elements, these beautifully crafted sweets perfectly capture
the glamour and festive spirit of the season.
On
designated periods during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests can also
