The teppanyaki section highlights tender Africa abalone alongside thick-cut US beef steak complemented simply by sharp mustard and rock salt. This is followed by a warm, deeply flavourful snapper soup and fragrant teppanyaki fried rice elevated with savoury bits of premium Wagyu beef. The experience concludes with a delightful dessert finale pairing the unexpected sweet-savoury depth of soy sauce ice cream with chewy, matcha-dusted warabi mochi.
